Roger Beauchemin

Roger Beauchemin is President and CEO of Addenda Capital, an investment management firm serving insurance, pension, corporate, foundation, and private wealth clients. Since joining in 2013 and becoming CEO in 2015, he has led the launch of Canada’s first impact fixed income fund and climate transition equity funds. Addenda is a signatory to the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative and a founding participant in Climate Engagement Canada. 

Roger is a former Chair of the Responsible Investment Association and serves on the boards of Finance Montréal and the Transition Accelerator. He is also on the Steering Committee of Climate Engagement Canada and the Advisory Board of the Institute for Sustainable Finance at Queen’s University. A recipient of Canada’s Clean 50 and Clean16 Awards, he holds a CFA® designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University.
