Rose Dortch

Rose Dortch joins the Transition Accelerator as Chief of Staff to the CEO, bringing a long-standing commitment to advancing the global energy transition. She has built her career across the energy sector, including roles with multiple U.S. utilities and consulting experience at BCG and SYSTEMIQ, where she focused on energy and sustainability strategy. 

Most recently, Rose served as Head of Global Programmes at the Energy Transitions Commission (ETC) and as Chief of Staff to ETC Chairman, Lord Adair Turner. In this role, she oversaw 10 country programmes, participated in high-level convenings around the world, and co-authored three major ETC publications on regional and sectoral strategies for the energy transition. 

She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
