Network Facilitator – Polytechnique Montréal
Florian Pedroli is employed by the Institut de l’énergie Trottier, housed in Polytechnique Montréal, and acts as a network facilitator with The Transition Accelerator.
Florian’s current work with the Accelerator involves a mobility project in the Magdalen Islands exploring opportunities to reduce the use of individual cars, particularly those of tourists. His other work includes analysis into a global understanding of the commercial and institutional building sector (technical, economic, social, structural and strategic aspects) with the purpose of identifying options for decarbonizing the sector.
Florian received his diploma of engineering from Mines Nancy in France before completing a research masters in energy with Polytechnique Montréal.
