Paisley Sim is a strategic engagement leader who specializes in turning complex ideas into coordinated action. At the Transition Accelerator, she has led stakeholder strategies, contributed to national initiatives like Electrifying Canada, and developed internal systems that bridge analysis and implementation.
Her career spans executive advisory, research, and delivery roles across government, think tanks, and mission-driven organizations. She has supported senior leadership within Alberta’s public service — including in the Office of the Premier and as a special adviser to the Minister of Justice — and later contributed to national policy research at the Institute for Research on Public Policy. Earlier in her career, she worked in the arts and culture sector, supporting programming and production for interdisciplinary festivals, an experience that shaped her approach to collaboration.
She holds a Master of Public Policy from McGill University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
