With over 12 years of experience in analytics, change management, and project leadership, Prachi has a strong track record in the energy and manufacturing sectors and has worked with organizations like Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil, Unilever and the Vector Institute. She is skilled in leading complex, cross-functional projects with a data-driven approach, optimizing resources and guiding multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Her career spans diverse roles including continuous improvement in manufacturing, coordinating crude oil logistics, optimizing wastewater, gasoline production and hydrogen recovery processes, and enabling trading programs to access new commodity markets.
Prachi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma in Climate Risk Management from the University of Waterloo, and a Master’s in Management in AI from Queen’s University.
