Joann Boland

Joann serves as Transition Accelerator’s Director of Finance and Operations. She brings to this role 30 years experience in human resource management, financial management and organizational performance & effectiveness.

Joann operates her own consulting practice and has previously held such positions as Chief Operating Officer, VP of Finance and Administration, and VP of Human Resources for various not-for-profit organizations.

Joann studied at Carleton University where she received her Bachelor of Commerce degree.
