Transition Accelerator Policies

Introduction

The Transition Accelerator (“The Accelerator”, “we” or “us”) has established this online privacy policy so that you can understand the care with which we intend to treat your personal information. Personal information means any information about an identifiable individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, an e-mail address, or other contact information.

You can visit The Accelerator web pages without providing any of your personal information. If you choose to provide us with your personal information through any of our web forms, we will collect, use, and disclose that information within The Accelerator, for the purposes associated with the applicable form. We follow this policy regarding your personal information collected through our website and through email and other electronic messages between you and us. The Accelerator will not disclose your personal information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on The Accelerator’s behalf unless such transfer is legally required. It is against The Accelerator’s policy to sell personal information collected online without consent.

What are cookies and how does The Accelerator use them?

Wherever your personal information may be held within The Accelerator or on its behalf, we intend to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.

For legal and business purposes we may retain your personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed. Upon expiry of the appropriate retention period, bearing in mind our reasonable legal and business requirements, your personal information will either be destroyed in a secure manner or made anonymous.

By using the The Accelerator website, you agree to the terms of this online privacy policy and consent to The Accelerator’s collection and use of personal information for the purposes set out in this policy, as well as collection and use of Usage Information. Should the online privacy policy change, changes will be brought to your attention by posting all changes prominently on our website for a reasonable period.
